Carmine's Biography

Born in Naples in 1992, stimulated by his father, an amateur guitarist, he began his guitar studies and graduated, he approaches electronic music and art, in particular sculpture and photography.


In 2012 he ranks among the finalists of the National Award of the Arts-Italy (electroacoustic composition), his piece is published on CD.

 

He is invited to various electronic music festivals, including the "Monaco Electroacoustique-Rencontres Internationales de Musique Electroacoustique" of the Académie Rainier III in the Principality of Monaco.


In 2013 he became a student of Edoardo Catemario.

This will change his life, the way he understands music and life by dedicating himself to classical guitar.

Various masterclasses with Michael Lewin, head of the classical guitar department of the Royal Academy of Music, London, contribute to his formation.


He participated in Edoardo Catemario's Masterclasses and held concerts at Centro di musica antica „Pietà de Turchini“ - Naples, Venice Music Master, Teatro "La Fenice" - Venice, Villa Sandra - Lesa, „Rosso di Sera“ - Torrita of Siena.


In 2018 he was the winner of a scholarship offered by the “Ugo e Olga levi” Foundation for Venice Music Master.


He regularly performs in solo concert and in chamber ensembles.
